Our Services
Our counsellors and therapists provide support with a variety of issues, including but not limited to:
- Anxiety and stress management
- Depression and mood-related concerns
- Relationship and family difficulties
- Bereavement and loss
- Self-esteem and personal development
- Trauma and life transitions
We work with clients from diverse backgrounds and of all ages except children under 16. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, and families, tailored to meet the needs of each client.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday – 9am to 7pm.
Saturday – 9am to 3pm.
By appointment only.
I work with all ages except for children under 16 of age.
Payments:
Our services are all free, however, the company have to pay for supervisors, office expenses, legal fees and other professionals, we rely solely on donations.
