Our Wokingham branch is supported and protected by professional bodies and robust professional insurances, safeguarding both our clients and the organisation itself. All counsellors, including those on placement, carry their own professional insurance. Qualified professionals and supervisors are similarly insured, offering an additional layer of security and peace of mind.

Collaborative Approach

To ensure the highest quality of care, we collaborate with a network of human resources experts, lawyers, accountants, and other counselling organisations. We make referrals as appropriate, so every client receives the support that best fits their needs.

Funding and Financial Integrity

Heidi Counselling Services operates on a not-for-profit basis. All sessions are offered free of charge to clients. However, the organisation carries financial responsibilities such as paying for supervisors, office costs, legal fees, and other essential professional services.

We are able to maintain our mission solely through the generosity of donations. Our finances are transparently managed and regulated by paid accountants who meticulously supervise our bookkeeping.
